For over 150 years, Mt. Gilead Baptist Church has been a caring church family in the community of Keller, Texas, USA. We strive to honor the Lord Jesus Christ with five biblical objectives – Worship, Evangelism, Discipleship, Ministry, and Fellowship.
A family fellowship – that is what we are. Our calendar of activities reflects our focus of being pro-family. Think of it this way. Satan is determined to destroy your home and mine, as well as every other institution of society. It is for this reason our preaching and teachings reflect a biblical view of home and family. Our activities and conferences focus on the family first. Our commitment to the family is also shown when a holiday falls on a Sunday, we encourage families to stay home on those evenings and enjoy what we refer to as Family Nights. A church without healthy individuals and families is a weakened church at best.

We understand that everyone needs fellowship. Our Father God designed us to crave fellowship with Him and other people. Although our world is becoming largely impersonal, we still need fellowship. Our family fellowship offers something you cannot find surfing the Internet, watching television or even in some churches – we offer fellowship and a family atmosphere.
